I tried another Lucy flower with some pink broadcloth I had in my stash. It was way easier and helped me achieve the more structured look Tanya had with her flower. My only wish is that I had one of those rubber thimbles. The layers get quite thick and killed my fingers.
See how big it is?
Since broadcloth is $1.99/yard at Hobby Lobby NOT on sale and you only need 1/4 yard, you can make these flowers for about 50 cents. Yes....I might try another color that is more in sync with my wardrobe.
And slippers five...
I have been trying to brush up my crochet skills for some slippers I am making for Christmas gifts.
I am working on my fifth and final slipper pair...for now that is!
I contacted the etsy seller who I bought the pattern from and she has agreed to do a giveaway next week for me! Yippee...my first giveaway!
