Leprechaun Pie

Did you see that Leprechaun Pie recipe over at Oopsey Daisy?
I just knew my kids would love it so we made it this week.

Having foil in my pudding gives me the heebie-geebies so I put some unwrapped Twix bars inside instead.

The caramel is gold right? :)

This was a lot of bang for a little buck. It only took me a few minutes to make but it seemed extra special dyed green and with a 'treasure' on the bottom. The lovely mint green Oreos were a yummy touch too.

Owen devoured it!

Reid sadly didn't feel up to eating any because we just found out he has RSV. Boo...

Thanks Alison for the delicious inspiration!

I'm sorry your little one has RSV! I hope he's okay.

Those look so good. And I agree on the foil in food. The Twix is a great idea. I wish I had seen this before running to the store last night, we'd be having a much more yummy lunch today!

I made your LEGO belt buckles last night. Or, I mean, the local Leprechauns did as part of their mischief-making. The boys loved them this morning. I'll get some pictures. Thanks so much for the idea!

Delicious! I'm totally making these. BOO for RSV. My twin neices just got over it, as well as my nephew. Poor babies! Tell Reid to get better and give him a hug from me. Happy St. Patty's Day!
