Window Photography

January 24, 2011 · Delia 12 Comments

I haven’t done a Digital Photography School challenge in a while, so I thought I would this weekend.

The challenge theme for this weekend: Windows.

Here is one from almost exactly one year ago. Owen dressed up with his Batman attire conjuring up some sun magic.

This shot was a total fluke. I was experimenting with sun flare and Owen was just playing superhero around the window and…voila.

This was taken the same day but with Reid’s foot making an appearance this time.

Owen laying in the sunlight from our front window.

Cloudy window from last summer…I love this one.

These are from March of last year. Reid is people and car watching out the window in both the above and below pictures, but they were taken on different days. It was a favorite past time of his.

As you can tell, I really like sun flares in windows so it shouldn’t surprise you that these are the pictures I took this morning.

If you can’t tell…this is a Lego window. With Owen’s Lego Birthday Party coming up this next weekend, Legos have pretty much entirely invaded my mind. I see them everywhere! 馃檪

Have a great weekend!

I love those pictures. The LEGO ones are super cool. I am also in LEGO world, but mine is never ending! Those things are worth their weight in gold. My ten year old can still spend hours building and designing. I can't wait to see the LEGO birthday party. I will definitely be "borrowing" some of your ideas. 馃檪
