Using my
favorite bread recipe, I decided to try to add a
Valentine twist to it...literally.
A pretty, festive little pink swirl.
All I did was divide the dough, color one half with pink gel food coloring. Roll both out halves, stack them and then roll them up together as per normal. The rest of the
recipe was the same.
I feel like it made a bit denser loaf maybe because I handled the dough more, but it was still dang good. :)
Just a note..I know I haven't sewn in a long while and I miss it. I am able to paper craft and food craft with my kids, so that is what I have made more time for. Just didn't want you to think I was completely changing the tune of this blog. I have some sewing projects coming up soon. :)
