Eshakti Spring Dress Review

Spring is finally here! And it feels soooo good.

Eshakti was so kind to send me a lovely dress from their Spring collection.

I chose this silk equestrian print and I looove it. It’s on the dark side for Spring, but I like that it will carry me into other seasons quite nicely with some smart accessories.

It is so comfortable and fits me perfectly of course…because I took advantage of their custom fit option and sent them my measurements.

Having a custom fit dress is something I think every woman should experience. I don’t have balanced proportions so I struggle finding clothes that fit right and flatter. It’s why I often stick to separates or knits. Having a dress that was literally made for my body is such a refreshing experience.

I am sorry to say that I chose another dress that is already out of stock. But there are tons of dresses in their Spring line and even some new ones I didn’t see when I went shopping. There are more than a few dresses in there that I would choose in a heart beat!

Many of the dresses give you the choice to change the neckline, type of sleeve, and/or length as well. All of which is great if you want to add a sleeve to a sleeve-less dress, or if you want to pick a neckline that flatters you better than the one shown.

And guess what? Eshakti is also giving all my readers 20% off their order until Wednesday, March 20, 2013! Simply enter the promotional code DELCRETES at checkout.

Have a lovely rest of the weekend! I’ll “see” you tomorrow with a fun guest post. 🙂

*Please note: I received a dress in exchange for this review, but I share my honest opinion. The dresses are a little pricier than I normally spend, but the outcomes are well worth it. They ship fairly quickly (considering they are custom made) and I have had great experiences with them so far.

Your proportions are lovely, and you look beautiful in that dress! I will definitely go check out their site, good quality is worth it, in the long run. 🙂

Okay, spent just a few minutes there and already discovered that their item descriptions are awesome…no one ever bothers to tell you whether the fabric has any stretch to it or not, or what sort of zipper is installed, or whether a skirt is below or above the knee in your size… this is great!

How cute! I bought a dress from these folks a couple weeks ago, with a $25 off coupon for being a first time customer. I love it! I only wish there were more options for ankle-length in the dresses and skirts, since that is where I prefer mine to hit.

You look great! I’ve always wanted a dress with horses on it ever since I read a Beverly Cleary book where the two best friends have their moms make them matching horse-print dresses for school. So whimsical and fun. 🙂

The dress fits you beautifully! I'd like to have a dress made for my proportions someday too. Long torso, long legs make it hard to find a dress that doesn't fit me too short!
