We used a banana ice cream recipe and then stuffed it into the mold.
EDITED TO ADD: The mold I use is this one from Orka by Mastrad. The orange colored ice pop is actually the mold. 🙂
Pros: silicone makes it easy to remove ice pop from mold, has a fun shape, the handle catches drips and has a eye in the “stick” that is inserted in the fruit to help it freeze better.
Cons: The pops are a bit small and only make four at a time. Otherwise we love it.
